Imagine if this happened to Haghighi, I bet you anything had this been the case, a vast majority of PFDC and Iranian football fans would have been cussing Haghighi for his action!

POST-MATCH DISCUSSION | vs. Bahrain - Asian Cup 2015
To those who say Iran didn't particularly play well against Bahrain, well what matters at the end is that we had a rather comfortable win.
Remember, Iraq didn't win this tournament playing beautiful football.
It's hard to judge by the first game anyway. Even the clear favourites, Japan had a lot of aimless high passes which were horrible. Lucky they were vs an inexperienced Palestine side.

Two in front of the goal that could have costs us dearly. really didn't do much except trying to go one on one against the 6.4, 200+ils African player, who caused him to go down like a feather......
Spot on mate. Luck was on Masouds and our side in that game.
However Kavian jan, let's focus on the Qatar Game.
IRI's politics is no different than handling a pressure cooker ..... As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature.
