This is like Iran v Bahrain in the way they beat each other up!
If the Jordanians don't stop their attitude, they'll lose their chance of progress through suspensions!

Imagine if this game was under showers and muddy pitch!
What a mess that would've been!!

Good for us. Iraq may face us without usual starters.

Iraq have kept 7 cleansheets in last 9 games in Asian Cup. Only Iran (2-1) and Austrailia (1-0) have managed to score against them since 2007.

I don't think Iraq is as strong as 2007, but if they face us in the quarters, it will be a close and nervy affair.

Bahrain beat Jordan 1-0 about a week ago, and Iran beat Iraq and Bahrain, so this game confirmed the relative strength of Jordan.
Either way, UAE seems the toughest challenge before the semis!
But next game against Qatar is more important imho.
We need to secure 6pts then discuss who we hope and plan to face!

UAE and Qatar are better teams than Iraq. Iraq is more or less on par with Bahrain, even though I was more impressed with Bahrain.

Idk why everyone is saying Iraq is already in the quarter finals. Group is still open, Jordan needs a victory against Palestine and a small miracle versus Japan and they are also in the quarters.

ZandiJoon youre too delusional. you think just because iran beat bahrain and iraq (in a friendly) they are the same. if iraq reaches the qf and verses iran then we will see the real strengths of lions of Mesopotamia.

Sorry guy, but you guys couldn't hold the ball for more than 2 passes this game. Looked like 2 amateur teams playing. Easily the worst football by any teams in the cup so far. Despite the 4-0 loss, I felt that Palestine actually did admirably for their level. Iraq-Jordan was just ugly. Neither team looked like they deserved to be in the tournament.
