I know it may be early to say this but I wish Australia could host the Asian Cup every time.
The stadiums are great, organization has been fantastic, and the country is both beautiful and full of excitement. A lot of credit needs to go to the locals as well who have been filling up the stadiums to watch non-Aussie teams play.
Aside from the time issue (since I'm in the East Coast), this tournament has been a joy to watch.

I was at the match and honestly I have never seen fans like this ever before outside Iran. Well done to them, they made everyone feel proud. The Australians in Melbourne are still shocked about how amazing the Iranian supporters were.
We thank and support Mr.Kamran Delan for many years of dedication and service to Iranian Football Community.

I think it all comes down to making up for the image that the IR has taken away from Iranians. Everyone expects Iranian fans to be conservative, whether religiously or otherwise and kind of hostile, but in reality what people saw in Brazil or see in Australia is the exact opposite.
It made me very proud then and it makes me proud seeing it every time. Of course, we didn't win any matches in Brazil, so all the parties were before the games, but still. I just hope that at some day men and women can go to the stadiums together in Iran once again and celebrate the same way before and after games.

Not sure if this is Abadan or Australia? https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=10152797637077713
And notice that AFC girl coming over to the guy hitting the tombak, she's probably going "Duuude who are you people?" But for real, nice to see they integrate with people, Australians are awesome, sending love from Denmark

Thanks for posting this excellent video. When I was in Brazil during the WC I was thinking to myself that it's so sad that our women can cheer TM only outside of Iran.
It's beautiful that you can see Persian women outside of Iran cheering TM freely. Some are wearing scarf and some are not. I hope we can see this one day in Iran.
