For the love of God, this kid has almost 70 caps to his name at the age of 24.

He started his international career during Ali Daei's reign as Team Melli coach.

He is a very talented and confident player who COULD become even BETTER if he transfers to a decent European club (doesn't have to be the best club in that league).

He has finished his sarbazi. But he seems to be in love and settled in with the yellow and blacks of Iran.

It is time for Ehsan Hajsafi to transfer to Europe. It is a crime against any gifted human (in any field, not just sports) to not improve or digress.

Ehsan jan, if for whatever reason you happen to open PFDC, click on this thread and read my post, please choose wisely and transfer yourself into a professional league who will help you become an even better player than you are today. I know you understand English because I've heard you speak it in the past. You are already a star, but you can become an even BIGGER star.

Much love to you and your team mates,
    Ali (teammelli1)

I understand, but I was proposing that we experiment with it after the Asian Cup. I know it isn't a sure success, but we should at least try. If our defense crumbles without 2 DM's then I will be okay to go back to it. We will never know if we don't try. We need more friendlies for sure after AC. We would be the best team in Asia by lightyears if we were able to have friendlies to experiment. Our talent is there, but we have had to use the same tactics for years, since the team rarely gets together in non-competitive situations to experiment.

I dont see why a european team wouldn't want Hajsafi. He can practically play every position, he is very fit and never seems to run out of gas, he has a great attitude, also he is very young yet extremely experienced. He is also proving to have a great shot on him too! I think if he is given the opportunity to go to Europe he should jump on it. He has the ability to become a great player from it.

I don't see Hajsafi being more suited to any league either than the EPL. The English love the physicality in a player and he definitely has that.

He should think that even though he might start out with crap wages, but wants they get to know how great he is, he will easily make more money in Europe than in Iran.

And when he retires, he will be seen as true champion in Iran. The fact is players like Karimi, Azizi, Daei etc. make easy retirement money because they tried their luck in Europe.

Going to Europe should sound lucrative for our players because in the long term they will make more $$$$.

If they didn't transfer to Europe after the world cup I'm not really sure they will now. World Cup has a lot more coverage and almost all the scouts and coaches were watching every single game.

I hope Hajsafi goes to Europe though he really deserves it.

I think there are plenty of players that are more then capable of playing adboard but they need to adjust their attitudes, they need to pull up there socks and work their asses off.

Iran have plenty of talent, but the hunger isn't there, they get great wages in Iran, walk straight into the first team on there reputation alone. But if they go to Europe they have to take a pay cut, learn another language and really prove them selves.

So until this attitude changes I don't see many going adboard, just look at Gucci being in TM has actually bought him down where he cant be bothered to fight for his place in Charlton and instead went to Kuwait.

Some A-League teams might look at some of them though, and there is great exposure to Europe playing in Australia.

Come to think of it I change my mind

If cashkan dejagah goes back to being ashkan dejagah then perhaps he can make a move back to Europe. Maybe the AC can change him back but I highly doubt it.

He has a 4 year contract so unless someone really wants him badly and willing to pay the price for it then he might go to Europe.

According to an Iranian magazine "90", Hajsafi is closely followed by Dutch clubs. Also apparently a representative of a German club was present at the Iran Bahrain. Can't post the picture now (it's on the front cover) Im at the airport

Zandijoon, Iranian papers print anything. I'd say no one can go anywhere (decent) so long as Iran sanctions are still in place. Unless they go to Russia, turkey or to EU for peanuts.

True this shouldn't be taken too seriously. I just thought it was interesting to know

My biggest worry is those Arab scouts watching and contemplating how to ruin our football future.
