Australia is good at finishing. If we play them there is no way we should play overly defensive. We have to take the game to them.

If we top the group we will face Japan in next round but if we win we avoid Australia before the final. This Australia is ready to win the champeonship.

?? Why would we face Japan in the next round if we top the group? If we top the group, we'll likely play Iraq. There's very little chance that Japan goes second in their group. We have to top our group in order to avoid Japan. Winner of group C plays runner up of Group D and vice-versa in the QF.

Also, if we top our group and Aussies top their group, which is very likely, we will meet them in the Semi-Final.

Oman's absolutely shell shocked at the moment. They allowed way too many crosses in the 1st 20 minutes and really fell apart after the 1st Aussie goal.

The whistle can't come sooner for them and they really need to get a grip at half time. But as of now, it looks like they'll join Kuwait on the flight back to the ME.

Australia very potent in attack. They're slowly improving in defence aswell. Sainsbury is playing well just as I predicted

Man Australia, unfortuantley, is a class above us. They're incredibly fluid in attack, complete quick sharp 1-2 passes, and Tim Cahill is an absolute star. They and Japan are way ahead of everyone else in Asia. I think that Iran can beat Australia with some luck, but they're clearly ahead of us. Very entertaining to watch.

lol @ people who said Australia deserved 100th or so in the world. As I said before, they deserve to be in the top 5 in AFC. FIFA rankings <<< Elo rankings.

Sorry I meant if we top the groupe we avoid Japan but we face Australi in semifainal before Final. They seem to be stronger than Iapan and Korea.

Australia's quick in attack and physical. They have what it takes to lift the cup

Australia is a very good team. I think we can beat one of australia or japan, not both in the semi and the final. That is why i hope korea still manages to top this group. That would mean an australia-japan semifinal. We would probably be playing korea in the semis then.
