It's ridiculous when bunch of the dirtiest "creatures" (not sure what they are) on this planet try to tell our players what's morally right. God knows what they are doing behind the scenes...raping innocent men & women on a daily basis.

There is nothing wrong with these photos. Most of them are bunch of excited teen girls anyway - let them scream, take pictures and have fun. Seems like these IR guys are way too sexually aroused by even these kids, that says enough...

Anyway, regarding to the other comments here: I am not a fan of these kind of "Bieber" fans as well, but who cares as long as our players enjoy and have fun with the attention they get. LOL at Pouraligani, what a "player" going for the big shot

IR gonna IR. The things they do to hold on to the precious islamo-stalinist dream of a dead man. Embarrassing but it doesn't make Iranians look bad, only them

I don't care if it's selfies with women, or men ..... I think in general, there has been too much distraction from fans.

We need to focus on the job on hand and that is to win the cup. Once we win, they can do selfies all day long.

This brings more fan support and makes both the players and fans more happy. There is nothing wrong with it, and our players are taking respectful photos with fans..

Iran players banned to take selfies with female fans

So, media aren't writing so much about AFC but of course they write everything bad that comes with the cup, even Swedish newspaper are writing this.

Iran's footballers have been threatened with punishment for posing for "selfies" with women fans who have flocked
to see them play in Australia.
The team are playing in the Asian Cup finals, and their games
have been attended by thousands of Australia's expatriate Iranian community.

Sport and in particular football has a large following in Iran. The sex segregation rules that
prevent women attending men's games at home do not apply abroad.
Nor do Iran's dress codes for women, so that officials back home have been alarmed to see
photographs appearing on social media of celebrity players posing with Iranian women dressed for
                            the Australian summer.
They have now received a warning from the head of the Iranian Football Federation's disciplinary committee.

"Players are not allowed to pose for selfies with female fans," Ali Akbar Mohamedzade said.
"They (the women) may later use these photos for political ransom against our country or sue the players for harassment.
"If the players refuse to act according to our clear instructions then we will be left with no option but to deal with them."

Images showing "inappropriately dressed" women have been censored out of media coverage of
the tournament back home, leading one sports commentator, Adel Ferdosipour, on Iran's equivalent
of Match of the Day to comment sardonically that the team only appeared to have one couple supporting it, who just happened to wear traditional dress.
On social media, however, some women have become well-known, in particular one who replaced the central white strip of the national flag,
which carries the national emblem, with a message saying: "Will Alireza marry me?" - apparently a reference to the popular goalkeeper, Alireza Haghighi.
The message was written in English.

You know, when world cup was going on, everyday a member would make a thread about how their countries newspaper, sites are running news about how "iranian players are warned against washing their clothes!!!!!!!!!!! (with a million exclamation points) "Iranian players jersey is shrinking!!!!!!!!"

we had at least 20 threads about that during WC, that whole thing turned out to be false, as Ulhsport dubai messed up, not Ulhsport germany.

Now in AC we have this fucking thing to distract us from cup and having fun.

Iranian players are not banned from taking selfies I repeat they are not.

The guy who they quote in these articles has completely denied saying iran footballers shouldn't take pictures with female fans, here :

This is what he says, translated : "The least thing our players can do for the fans is taking a picture with them and there is nothing wrong with that" but he warns the players against taking pictures with fans who are carrying flags that are not islamic republic's. (sun and lion)

DONE. STOP MAKING THREADS ABOUT THIS FALSE NEWS.
