I am pretty sure it will be the same as we wore vs. Iraq a few days before the tournament. The Persian Cheetah is not as visible as on our home kit. And right over the player's name there is the a stripe with the Iranian tricolor. Just like the white. Other than that no changes.

I think the reason why we are wearing red has to do with the fact that AFC was not happy with our white jersey. The Cheetah print was too bold which goes against the rules.

That was the first thing that crossed my mind when I saw them in the Bahrain match. Puma and some other brands have been producing jerseys with but they were always very subtle and not visible on TV cameras.

I think Uhlsport went too far with their design and now AFC is asking Iran to change their jersey.

To be fair, they do have a point. There are strict regulations regarding NT jerseys and you cant print anything too bold on them.
