United Arab Emirates vs. Bahrain [AFC Asian Cup 2015] - Date, Time, & Live Updates
UAE are strong at passing, but the usual pressing game that we excel at, will not allow them to utilise their strengt against us. Bahrain seems a bit tired after the game against us.
Guys fear is the wrong word...respect maybe and definitely dont underestimate anybody but if we want to win this we need to beat them all...including j
Japan and Australia so

na migan dishab ta dirvaght dokhtar bazi o velgardi rafte boodan, Im not joking...
I wrote this before: he is EXTREMELY dangerous and I really hope Queiroz devises a plan to neutralize him, even if it comes down to MAN MARK him. I know we typically play zone defense, but Omar is half of the UAE team!
1. The hype around Omar is true, the guy is clearly one of, if not the best player on the continent. I can believe the technical proficiency of the man given Arabs are usually good in that department but I don't understand how they have given birth to a player with his footballing intelligence. Ridiculous player.
2. Let us appreciate some more just what a phenomenal performance Hosseini put in in the first game to keep John completely quiet during our game. A proper beast of a striker.
Has AbdulRahman ever played a defense as good as ours? Dribbling Arab defenses is not an accomplishment. If he does well against us, I'll respect him but he hasnt proven himself by beating Qatar and possibly Bahrain. Quieroz has dealt with tricky players over his career and nearly neutralized people 3x better than this guy. We shouldnt fear anyone, respect them yes, fear no.
KSA with the abundance of great players they had, just didn't see a need for him .....
they offered him a citizenship but not the rest of his family. They denied the offer. like wtf the kid was born there and got offered a citizenship 15 years later really?

"Saudi Arabia expelled 800,000 Yemenis in 1990 and 1991.[231] An estimated 240,000 Palestinians are living in Saudi Arabia. They are not allowed to hold or even apply for Saudi citizenship, because of Arab League instructions barring the Arab states from granting them citizenship; the only other alternative for them is to marry a Saudi national. Palestinians are the sole foreign group that cannot benefit from a 2004 law passed by Saudi Arabia's Council of Ministers, which entitles expatriates of all nationalities who have resided in the kingdom for ten years to apply for citizenship with priority being given to holders of degrees in various scientific fields.[232] The Articles 12.4 and 14.1 of the Executive Regulation of Saudi Citizenship System can be interpreted as requiring applicants to be Muslim.[233] As recently as the early 1960s, Saudi Arabia's slave population was estimated at 300,000.[234] Slavery was officially abolished in 1962.[235][236]"
