By the way, Omar Abdulrahman is from Yemen. He went to Saudi Arabia as a kid and they didnt believe in his talent, then he tried himself in UAE and they naturalized immediately

We managed to handle a FULL FORCE Argentina squad (including Messi!!) for 90 minutes, stop worrying to much about that wanna be Witsel guy (cheghadr ham zeshte).

He is a OK player, keep in mind he has only played against weak teams..

Azmoun will recover 100% for the UAE match.. he just suffered some minor bruises.

Reza works nicely with another striker. Sardar deserved a rest from that calf issue, and ando worked his butt off
          too.
Are you certain Tm4Life Jaan, with no goalie we may lose 10-1 or sth!

Your name beat it to us
IRI's politics is no different than handling a pressure cooker ..... As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature.

Second this, we can really go all out in attack with this. We really miss sadeghi on set pieces too. If we are 0-0 or down at half time, id put ando on for ebrahimi

My exact thoughts...muntari was so much more impressive than the other two. Bigger, faster, quicker, stronger than the emarati forwards....if Qatar had any creative mid fielders that match would have been much more dangerous.

Any news on the lineup? I hope we use our backup players. The right thing to do. I'm willing to bet Q will do that for the most part, he is a wise coach, and should decide based on what's good for the team.

The only difference is that jahanbakhsh is just a tap slower than gucci and sardar in one on one's. What do you guys think?
If I was CQ I would Work hard to combine JB with Azmoun in the attacking line. One solution is
                      -------------------Guccci/Shojaei------
                      ------Ashlan/heidari---------------------------JB/Hajsafi----
                      -------------------Azmoun/AF-----------------
Another is to use JB in CAM.
Azmoun and JB know each other well and both are fast, Young and creative

I really wouldn't mind seeing Ansarifard start this game.

They believed in his talent, but Al Hilal only offered Saudi citizenship to him. Al Ain on the other hand organized UAE citizenship for him and his family, so he went there.

However, Ando will make mashed potato out of him anyhow.

I hope CQ has fully analyzed UAE... It is important to top the group to avoid a quarter final clash with Japan then a semifinal with South Korea, who are by the way looking for revenge.

i agree but the funny part is japan might not even qualify, if they lose to jordan and iraq win ,japan might be knock out, but i believe japan will get first, iran also send anlaysis for iraq vs japan game as well

When it come to CQ he doesn't leave anything for chance. This guy's preparation in exceptional and meticulous.

I personally prefer to beat Japan and SK for the 4th time and then face Australia in the final and win that in front of 30,000 persian-blooded partisan fans.
