Uzbekistan do have a legit chance against S. Korea however their goals that were scored today would be saved by the new and improved Korean GK. Not saying they didn't deserve their lead...cus they did. Saudi could not penetrate their defence despite that BS PK call but they need to finish their chances better against S. Korea if they wanna get through to the semis. Waleed Abdullah (Saudi GK) was terrible...

I saw that too, dont actually know which one is more correct, I just assumed the wikki source is less reliable. Even the commentator Ferdowsipoor mentioned it today that we are in minus against them.

VERY strange decision by Perrin to field primarily his "A" team for this match rather than giving them a rest, considering the result would have made no difference whatsoever.

That might come back to haunt them against Australia with one less day of rest and and the Aussie front line being better rested by virtue of sitting out for the majority of the last game. But I think overall, Australia will still have their hands full.

Ben Williams continues his run as the nominee for the worst ref. in the 2015 Asian Cup. If Australia don't win the cup, maybe they can take some comfort in winning the worst referee tittle!
