Yellow cards dont reset till the semis correct? If that's the case we are playing with fire by having yellow carded players take part in this match
Correct. We are definitely playing with fire. Particularly with Nekounam. But Nekounam is smart. He'll play under control. Cant say the same for the rest of those players.

azmoun can start we need to also focus and be ready if we go extra time
that a key, gucci can come in when they are tiread and score, azmoun is good also,
I think Jahanbakhsh did not look ready for a big tournament yet. Gucci wasted like 10 opportunities in the 2nd game so no surprize there either.
I guess gucci and Soroush rafiei will come in for Shajaei and Pouladi if things don't go well.
Neko getting a another yello is not a super big deal. I think he is becoming another Daei...not super efficient but playing mainly due to resume and experience
Guys, don't freak out about the line-up. First of all set plays and aerial balls were always going to be the game plan for this game and Azmoun has better aerial abilities than Gucci.
Secondly, you always have to consider a potential 120 minutes of play in the knock-out rounds, not 90 minutes.
And the inclusion of Shojaei is the correct choice for this game - he played well in the 1st two games and only sat out the 3rd game because of his yellow card to be able to play in this game. His tracking back and drawing fouls in sensitive areas was definitely missed in the 3rd game.
Gucci apparently does better as a substitute. Iraq is a good team so Iran need to stay vigilant throughout the game and take advantage of all scoring opportunities. I also like to see something come out of a Nekounam or Hajsafi free kick... Hopefully they've been practicing.
