This is a big cluster fuck, lets see what happens.
Yeah, a player card = FIFA, AFC should deem him eligible to play, right? Must have been some flaw in the system or something.

He obviously received his player card, just like Kamyabinia received his player card for the u-23 match against Iraq even though he was double booked.

Nobody knew he had 2 yellows, but they still kicked our ass to the curb with no hesitation.

Iran submitted sample A and sample B to the lab in Germany on August 8th and they claim he tested positive. However, there was no ruling from Fifa saying the player was suspended and we received his tournament card so he eligible to play. The ruling must come from the lab in Germany and because of this he is confident that the ruling will be rejected.

He said the Iranian delegation has a 16 page evidence but the sample itself was not submitted.

EDIT: He also mentioned that Iran sent this complaint 2 days before the game, and not after the game...
So what we can conclude is that FIFA tested him positive for doping, but somewhere there must been some kind of miscommunication or mistake and the Iraqi FA was not made aware of the positive test results. Meaning its a major screw-up from either FIFA or AFC.
In this scenario, I say a replay of the match is the only viable and fair solution. (with Zahra banned)

Tournament card is from AFC. This ruling will be on Fifa regulations.

Then how do you explain other ineligible players playing, and then having the games 3-0 n favor of the other teams. This stuff happens. Again, we know nothing about the procedures, even how a tournament card gets printed (is there a "backgrund" check?).

                    Thanks Sir.

                    Two things.

1 - Does he expect Iran to keep the sample with them at all times? Is he aware these things are stored in labs?
2 - If Iran had filed a complaint 2 days before then even more khak bar sare AFC. Idiots should not have allowed him to play in the first place!

And that is our strong point. IFF did its job but AFC did not and therefor AFC is at fault.

Iraqi FA "claims" he has come out of the meeting and Iran's claim has been rejected, things are looking bleak
