FIFA has sent a letter to Iran confirming the player is ineligible to play in any competition. What are the AFC waiting for then? Surely anything less than a rematch is out of the question???

به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس، فیفا امروز دوپینگ عبدالزهرا را مورد تایید قرار داد و با ارسال نامه ای به سازمان لیگ تصریح کرد که این بازیکن دوپینگی است و حق شرکت در مسابقات را به دلیل محرومیت ندارد.

تیم ملی ایران روز گذشته مقابل عراق در ضربات پنالتی باخت در حالی که از این بازیکن دوپینگی در ترکیب خود استفاده کرده بود بنابراین احتمال دارد که نتیجه بازی به سود ایران تغییر کند.

2 possibility:
1- either Iraq was informed and yet they let the dude play, in that case 3.0
2- FIFA did inform AFC and AFC neglected by informing the Iraq federation, in that case all AFC management should resign. i am sick and tiered of this B.S . they are responsible for the fair play and not to make their bank account fatter! it is time once and for all to start this. FIFA did cheat by selecting Qatar for 2022 and no one really complained ( even with Micky mouse investigation). now this is ridiculous. iran should withdraw from all international football activity. what is the point really, every f ing 4 years , either for WC or AC we go through nervous breakdown and then unfairly we get eliminated . F inf FIFA has this "{fair play" banner, it is time to start with themselves if they expect otehr country to follow.

Highly doubt FIFA didn't inform the Iraqi Football Federation. Plus, the submitted the same information to AFC prior to the game. So two major organizations must have f^^$ed up major, for the Iraqi football federation not to have known.

Don't forget, it's always the job of the individual country's federation to insure their players are eligible to play, even if no one else told them anything,

Is this legit? If it's the case, we will most likely be the victors. AFC is probably trying to scramble to find a loophole in the coming hours.

If not, they will probably hold a press conference to announce Iran the winners.

They constantly cheat. Al-Iraqi has a really good member, IraqiSport or something, who has exposed and written many times on their use of ineligible, over-aged players in youth tournaments. That's why they do so well.
