We have been victim of this issue a few times now. We had the olympic team losing 3-0 to the very same Iraq last time. We have also had Sepahan losing 3-0 to some arab club a few years back. Maybe this time it is our turn to be on the winning end of this affair for once.

Maybe it works for them but not us. I hope we get result but I doubt it. The test has been done in Iran. Will they approve or call it fake?

علی کفاشیان، رییس فدراسیون فوتبال هم امروز سراسر امیدواری بود و این را بارها در مصاحبه*هایش اعلام کرد و به هرحال شاید نصف ایران امشب را تا اعلام نتیجه این پرونده بیدار بمانند و منتظر خبر پیروزی باشند. امیدواری*ای که امیدواریم یک رویا نباشد و البته به نظر می*رسد زیاد هم نباید به آن دل بست.

همه چیز تا ساعتی دیگر مشخص می*شود و اخبار تیم از اردوی استرالیا خبر از امیدی می*دهد که شاگردان کیروش را در کمپ نگه داشته و فعلا بلیط بازگشت را به تاخیر انداخته است.

Lesson for next time though guys... we should get off our arses a little bit sooner instead of being negative. It took a whole 24 hours to get a few people going. Imagine how much more we could have done with an extra 24 hours.

The pfdc hive-mind is setting themselves up for yet another disappointment. Happens with every tournament/big team we play.

If you really think that an event that's heavily funded and supported by Arabs will weigh in our favor, you're dreaming. Disqualify a whole team based on one players actions? Nope not going to happen.

Player will most likely be suspended and fined, but that's about it.
