    AFC sponsors

Here the official sponsors of AFC and the Asian Cup.

Should we continue to put our money into their pockets as a thank you for supporting that corrupt federation in screwing us over again and again?

I fly united, Turkish, use a canon camera, drive a Honda, have an Apple product, where Adidas, and have a sharp TV. Ef these companies! lol... jk. No serious person is going to go out of there way to NOT use from these companies over a single game, even though it was an important one. lol.

MR jan, the thing is, we are talking about the IR and IFF, you think they will boycott these sponsors, like we, the fans, want to?

            ^^^ Really? One game?

Ok, you won't sell your car and mobile phone, and yes, you won't be able to completely avoid them all.

But take it into consideration when making a buying decision and if you go with something else afterwards, be vocal about it.

I think the only way to pay them back is through their pockets.

I would but I just cant depart from Samsung... :/

In all seriousness, what needs to happen is that we need to throw arab influence OUT. Enough is enough.
But how we go about doing that is another question.
Forcefully taking their source of income (oil and gas) is imo the only alternative but Im not sure how viable that would be. lol

I'm not talking about them. I'm talking about us, the fans, millions all over the world.

The problem is not the sponsors, its the people in charge.

Sure, but how can you negatively affect them? Write them an email? Only key would be attacking their income.

One option would be not to watch the games anymore, but at least for Iran matches, that won't happen for most of us.

So only other way would be making clear to the people pumping money into that corrupt confederation that it's hurtful for them either as long as those people are in charge there.

I would love to do that but what you are proposing is impractical.

^ might be, but I see no other way making an impact. I think it would be doable, wouldn't be the first time sponsors jumping off trying to avoid negative image, but judging from the skeptical reaction of people here, who are the most fanatic fans out there probably, it probably won't work.

So we have to stick with whining every few years how much we were screwed. I always assumed we're powerless and felt very uncomfortable with it, I guess to finally accept it.

                              Thats the sad truth.

But I hope that we can separate our football from AFC as much as possible. Apart from the WCQ, we should instead focus our attention on the international stage and engage with more non-asian teams.

Wishful thinking maybe considering our FF and their mindset. And as fans our hands are severely tied and thats what makes it frustrating.
