Okay I know this is completely irrelevant lol I am not sure how I came to this all of a sudden, but seeing this forum so active in the past few days, with so many Iranians around the world, coming together for the love of our national team (and everyone having their own opinions) is so great. The first issue is that AFC should not have given this job to that australian ref because of his issue
with CQ. If you were player and heard this you would be negativ minded which they did.
Second is he killed the game. He should have remembered he had given a card to Pooladi.
20 seconds before the end of the game the Iraqi player beats Haghighi like that but shouldn't that
ref know he did it before PK time?
A good ref should have sense for the game. He should know Iran and Iraq has been in war and should
not make them angry at each other.
But he did. A fight was about to come. When the Iraqi player pushes Pooladi he should tel him I am the ref I deceid.
All in all I believe they chose an Aus ref for this game to make AUS the champeon. They are not fool they know we are better. We won UAE who won Japan who won Iraq!
