Has been posted elsewhere before, but this utterly idiotic AFC decision deserves an own thread.
They appointed him as ref for Foolad's next ACL match.
Sending the scandal referee that sent Iraq through to the city that was heavily affected by the Iran - Iraq war immediately is beyond stupid.
This is an outrageous provocation and also an enormous risk to the health of a human being.Comment

What sickens me is that a lot of iranians accused the wrong Benjamin Williams on Facebook. That surely didn't help our reputation. Not as if it was good before anyways.
And for the real Benjamin Williams.........i really hope people don't attack him physically.
I'd love to see a packed stadium with a gigantic banner with his Face photoshopped with a Amame/Turban.

Sorry guys but nothing is going to happen to him in Ahvaz. The fans won't be saying anything against him. I've been to the stadium and majority are Arab/Iranians who unfortunately due to Iranian racism prefer Iraq to Iran. (This is not the case with Non-Arab Ahwazis.Comment
