Its time to focus on qualifying for WC 2018

Its time to focus on qualifying for WC 2018. Since France 98, we have been going to WCs every other WC, we should make sure that this stops and we don't miss out of Russia 2018.

This edition acts as qualification to the 2016 Summer Olympics Football tournament, with the top three teams qualifying.

And here's the quali for that tournament: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016_AF..._qualification

Lets look forward, WCQ starts for us in less than 6 months !! ))

So the AC is underservengly over for us, but our mission to Russia 2018 starts in less than 6 months, on June 11th. In the 1st round we will probably get to see a lot of goals from our guys, i dont know what the seeding will exactly be but we could get a group like this for example:

        IRAN
        JORDAN
        VIETNAM
        HONG KONG
        MONGOLIA

        or other example

        IRAN
        BAHRAIN
        MALDIVES
        GUAM
        PAKISTAN

So lets get over the AC guys (i know its hard) as the next WC is already around the corner, unbeliveable not?

          I disagree with the title.

It is time to apply for every other confederations (even if we don't have any hope to join them) to make an appeal from AFC decision to FIFA and CAS. We shouldn't surrender and let Iraq finish in the top 4.

Only shit games in Asia. Apart from Korea and Uzbekistan we were only playing useless games in the past years.

Yes, but in a positive way these matches against weak teams are the perfect opportunity for younger or less experienced players.

Am I the only one looking forward to these games? I just wish they come quickly.

Yes i think you are the only one.
I agree, we iranians tend to live in the past a lot but i simply can't think of any future game after the recent happening.
I am still inthe wound licking mood.
Spent almost the whole night to tweet and re-tweet and press F5 on my keyboard for PFDC. My Mail Inbox was exploding. I had to like and follow a gazillion news channels which i couldn't care less actually.

Big thanks to everyone here especially Amoo Adesor who kept motivating and doing just like Martin Reza, webbie jan a lot of other members.
I feel exhausted like i played myself those painful 120 minutes.
It was so much positive energy and effort.

But right now dear Hossein jan, i feel like a prolapsed anus.
                  Can't think of the future.
IRI's politics is no different than handling a pressure cooker ..... As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature.

I understand, but we can't change the past. We have to move on, otherwise we won't be able to get it behind us. The future is bright

I've hardly slept the last 4 days, and I'm sure many TM fans had a tough and exhausting week..

                    We will be back

It really hurts because I knew deep down Iran could have won this.. It was in the stars, Australia vs Iran final
even the aussies would have went mad for that final

AFC really dropped the ball here
appointing that shit referee when they knew he was out to get us.. now enjoy your tournament, I hope the final is UAE vs Iraq, just so the rest of the world can laugh at AFC

I am only looking forward to it if CQ continues to coach TM. Otherwise i dont see any points to watch any games until the final round.

I think WCQ of 2018 is going to be really intense since there will be 6 teams in each group. It's going to be definitely tougher but if we have CQ I'm not so worried.

If CQ doesn't like playing the likes of 3 star teams, he would not support a move to UEFA at all.
