Help me collect videos and facts please

We've been victim of poor officiating in AC since 1988, but I only have facts and videos from newer competitions.

Videos from the ACs 1988 vs. Saudis, 1992 vs. Japan and 1996 vs. Saudi would be very helpful.

If you have something in your private VCR collections, would be about time to digitalize it!

Also, I found we got three red cards vs. Japan in 1992, two reds vs. China in 2004 and now another red this time around, each times in the matches that eliminated us.
Plus we got two reds vs. Bahrain 2004 in the third place matchoff, in that game also one Bahraini was sent off and we and UAE got a red each in 2011.

So far that makes 9-2 against us in Asian Cup red cards since 1988 straight from memory. Can you help me complete this list?

Also awarded penalties for and against us would be interesting.

    Any help appreciated.

That's actually a great idea, lets make a video of all the bad calls against us, such as BS cards, doping, and all other kinds of cheating.

From memory, I think in WCQ 1993 vs Iraq, Romanian referee made calls in favour of Iraq which was a big thing as it was just 5 years after Iran-Iraq war ended. 1984 Asia Cup there could have been calls against Iran as well, also in 1982 and 1986 Asian Games.

I asked this in several threads before and no one could answer that.

World Cup Qualification 1998 in France.

Bagheri lost it and broke his opponents nose (!) and was sent off.
The first game he was eligable to play was the return game in Melbourne.

Against what frickin team was that incident? And why is there no footage?
        Can anyone here remember?
IRI's politics is no different than handling a pressure cooker ..... As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature.

Looking at the red card stats, I realized the two red cards for the opposition came in games we already had been a man down, so we have played with one, two or even three men down on nine occassions, while never played a minute with a man up.

Every red card for Shojaei makes sense. Because we won all the games when he was sent off.

Yes true that. Damn it. We lost 2-0 indeed.
                    No footage.
I remember the eurosport commentator said that Bagheri is obviously not only a great midfielder but also a great boxer with breaking the arabs face with one straight punch to the face

Watch the 6th/7th part of the film Gozareshgar by Majid Varess, there is some good footage about the game
He made a personal trip to Qatar back then

                        A very good idea.

But at the same time as long as Iran is not a respected member of int'l community, and insists on being the hated, troublemaker in its region and beyond, we're going to run into more and more of such injustice. In sports as well as other matters. We dont get the key positions, we won't have influence, we won't get much support n backing for any move we propose, won't get much sympathy, won't have many ears hear our grievances, ...

And this lack of respect and an actual pariah / isolated state is fully the fault of our own gov't.

                            I recall two incidences:
                            1. Mahdavikia was brought down by japanese defender and he received a red card rather than the japanese
                            2. Sattar zareh did the same thing to a Chinese as iraqi keeper did to Pooladi and he got red card.

note: in Bahrain match the player who brought Dej down near the goal kicked Dej while being on the ground but Dej kept on playing. It could have been a yellow card for the Bahraini idiot

watched both parts. Nothing on that incident.

So it was not that game? I am confused.
