    An Idea how to improve Team Melli and to make it to a "club team"

    Guys first of all,

    i am not PRO 16 Teams in IPL. I wanted minimum 18, but such a big country like Iran can even have 20 Teams in IPL and also 20 Teams in Azadegan and after this in 3. League to split to North an South the Amateur League. To flee of the duty and responsibilty of organizing a League with 18 or 20 Teams is just a shame, IFF make it easy for themselves by just cutting 4 match days in the year.

    Begsarim,

    my main point, i want Team Melli to participate in the IPL. Boom!!


    I also read about this some months ago in Russia they are thinking about to do this for the World Cup preparation. Actually this is for me a very very good idea.

    Why?


    Pro:

    - CQ or whoever will be the coach in the future will be forced to stay in Iran and work! The coach will take part in the League. He will have more training und supervisor activities and he see the team in the league and also opponent teams.
    - Our team will improve passing, will improving playing together, running ways, combination, study and learn more from each other.
    - League games = Friendly Compensatory.
    - CQ lacks Friendly games and camps. He will get his Friendlies and camps and daily/weekly work with his players.


    What is needed?
    IPL must find the regular dates for their League games. It seems most games are Thursday, Friday, but also Saturday and Sunday. We must find and fix the date and time for our League. In Germany, 15:30 Saturday is match day. Since over 20years...same in England mainly 16:00 they play. We must organize our league, and make the time and days clear for all clubs, not whenever they want!

    For example (16 Teams right now ---> 17 Teams with TM)

    Thursday evening: One of the top matches of the match day LIVE! (Derby, relegation fighting teams,or upper ranked teams, or whatever...)
    Friday 16:00 Iran Time for example - Matchday (most of teams, 5 matches)
    Friday 18:00 Esteghlal or Perspolis Match LIVE! (rotate)
    Friday 20:00 Esteghlal or Perspolis Match LIVE! (rotate)
    Monday - TM Match vs. one of the IPL Teams.

    How to implement Team Melli and which Team Melli should take part?
    Pro:

    CQ call the best young players of the league, and they play against IPL Club Teams. CQ will call his best players with perspective, while the which coaches of the clubs use different players if one or some of their own players will face their club with TM.
    Means, for example CQ call 3 players from Foolad, than the coach of Fooled can test 3 other players instead and also give this players a chance to play, gain match praxis and become better and reach starting 11 = more competition.

    Of course our REAL Team Melli will be added by legionnaires and probably some useful over 29 years players for official Friendlies or Tournament or Qualification matches. But the gros of the team will be familiar to each other and take part in the league.

    Rules:

    Team Melli will also be ranked in the League to find out their competitive ranking within the club team. But of course they can not win the League officially, but (unofficially!) and they can not play in ACL and they can not relegate. TM will stay always in IPL every season.


    What do you think of this? Mage gelayeh nemikonid, that you want a dominant TM with a lot of passing, camps, study tactics, training, gaining experience next to each other...

    I like how you took all time to write this post and come up with the idea, but this is clearly never going to happen. I have never seen a national team participating in the league.

    And, FIFA will never accept this.

      so, what if at the end of the season TM is ranked like 3rd in IPL with S.S on top? Do we just take S.S to the WC?

        FIFA can not say something. this is a national decision. it is unofficial of course. Only for us it is nationwide official, of course Iran can not play in ACL as 3rd team, or if they win even the league, of course the team after is official league winner.

        and of course Team Melli only insists with League players, not with our legionnaires or players above 28, so it is more Team Melli A2 (better as B).

            Well in that case lets make a club based on PFDC to play in IPL. Who joins me?

              It's already been tried (in the NASL in the 80s) and it was a disaster. Besides how exactly are you going to convince clubs to let go of their players so they join a rival team in the league? Teams will be getting punished for having good players.
              I went to Sharif University. I'm a superior genetic mutation, an improvement on the existing mediocre stock.

                did you read my post that russian FA wants to do this? they are thinking about doing this. this come from the federation of course, you can not say a stupid comment, like our pfdc team should participate.

                    teams will not allow their players join rival team. they are team melli, playing with team melli shirt, not in other clubs..

                      But isn't this TM playing against club teams in the league? Any team in a league is rivals with other teams in the same league as far as gaining points and positioning in the table. You are essentially suggesting that any team in the league that has a good player will have to give it up to a rival team (meaning TM) in the league.

                          Guys there is only 2 solutions. More players to Europe, more friendlies against quality opponents. We will never change this corrupt federation, and we will face arab teams again, but the next time a poor call happens against us, hopefully we are up on the team 2 or 3-0...this is the only way to manage such biased calls and officiating, making them insignificant within the grand scheme of things. The AC showed there is no reason Azmoun can't play in Europe proper, no reason guys like Ghafouri, Hajsafi, can't make it to bigger clubs overseas, and absolutely no reason why talent like Shojaei, Dejagah, Pooladi, Gucci or anyone else should be wasting time in Persian Gulf leagues.

                            It's an interesting idea but what happens to players who play abroad? Also what happens if they get an offer from european teams? What if CQ finds a player that he likes a lot from another team?

                              well you certainly think outside of the box however i think you would be degrading the national team.
