For the guys who watch IPL religiously, who are your most under rated Iranian players with huge upside.. In 2014 World cup, I didnt really hear of Hajsafi, but the kid impressed the hell out of me..Same with Haghighi, of course they were spotted by the brilliance of CQ and his staff but they did it again with Pouraliganji and Ghafouri.
PS I know the guys who said start Ghafouri before AC but I do not recall any body saying start MP

First of all, I dont know how you've never heard of Hajsafi, he has been used as a left back/left mid for around 7 years now.

Second of all, I truly hope that payam sadeghian and mohsen mosalman fix their stubborn/celebrity attitude as they have huge talent to make it in TM now that we are looking for a young CAM. Sadeghian has the talent but no discipline and unfortunately under Derakhshan, he won't show anything.

Morteza Pourali Ganchi, what a pick by CQ. I never heard of this kid until he was called up for AC, and suddenly in the span of 3 weeks, he showed composure , discipline and immense talent for a 22 year old. I only wish that Ghafouri was a few years younger, but I think Vouria has established himself as our right back for a few more years to come. I haven't seen such explosiveness since Mahdavikia and Kaebi duo. We got used to the one step over cross by Heydari.

Amiri is another that impressed me, but didn't look at mature or organized as PAG.

I definitely want to see more of Rezaein, he looked like an absolute no nonsense player against Iraq in the friendly.

Mehdi Taremi and Shahbazadeh are two talented players, especially Taremi but with how Azmoun and Gucci are performing, they have a difficult chance of breaking into TM unless we switch to a two striker system.

We have some exciting talent for the next few years.

GK is safe with two young talents in Haghighi and Beirnvand.

Defense : PAG, Khanzadeh, Vouri Ghafouri(sort of), Pouladi(sort of), Hajsafi can play as a LB if needed and Ramin Rezaein...

Midfielders: Sadeghian, Mosalman, Ezzatolahi, Amiri

Forward, Taromi, Shahbazadeh, Sardar, Gucci, Dejagah, Jahanbaksh.

Talking about players and their personalities. Jahanbakhs, Pouraliganji and Azmoun seem to be kids who grew up understand that we are all human and some are luckier in life than others.
