Khuzestan and Mazandaran are provinces, which are names of locations not an ethnicities!
Lors, Kurds, Gilaki, Mazani and Farsi speaking people are largely of the same origin of the old Iranian peoples, so not separate ethnicities, not even Azaris.
Besides the fact that looking at the Turkmens in those pictures you can see that most of them are very mixed and not of a different race or ethnicity from other Iranians.
Anyhow, these pictures look super cute!
He is such a charming, humble and lovable young man.
I'm so happy to have such talented and nice guy in TM.
And Also super happy for Gonbad people having their boy in TM.
I believe Gonbad is of of the strong bases of Iranian Volleyball and Sardar wanted to become a volleyball player first.
Maybe his amazing aerial abilities come from his early volleyball training!?

he must be number one favorite of Turkmen Chicks now
On a serious note, he's one of the most well-mannered young Iranian players ever. In his interviews he shows a lot of maturity, humility, respect and gratitude for seniors all those who helped him. Similarly, Alireza Jahanbakhsh.
They should be a role model for any young Iranian talent aspiring a professional career.
