So if we stop bi*ching like little girls, we may actually have the sense that any team that bad may need some time to get better under new coaching and system.
This is the answer to those who ask me why I bring up ''ajnabi parast'' . This immature, childish attitude of trying to find faults in a fledgling team just so we prove (in our feeble minds only) CQ, an individual, right!
As usual, the wrong priorities for these people.
    Sigh
    !
This is good advice DD jaan, but I don't see much difference between others posts here and that of your own where TM and CQ are concerned.

Saw the highlights, the first goal was really nicely done but the Nepali GK had some good saves TBH. Should have been 7-0 if it was not up to him

Sardar did not look very motivated. I just hope this all doesn't create hashieh in team omid. Sardar and JB are obviously more famous than the other players in team melli omid and they have made it to senior team, so they might (although it's not like them to do such a thing) look down on the other players and that will create tension. a lot of tension.

Sardar didn't even celebrate after scoring a goal because he is playing against a team made up of little people in an empty azadi, while he could have played against Ibra in a sold out Stockholm arena filled with passionate Iranians and swedes alike. Now, he is stuck, they are both stuck playing against dwarves.

Good win for the boys. Honestly we should beat 8-0ers with JB.

I can't even imagine how he would have been feeling if he was stuck in Austria/Sweden reporting back to Rostov without being able to visit his family for Eid or checking on his sick mother as a very young guy who's away from home most of the year.

Family should come even before NT duties, so sometimes things work out the way they do for a reason.
i didn't know that. May his mother feel better soon.

Khakpour already has the National A license which as far as I know is the highest level license available in the Americas and just below the UEFA Pro license (highest in the world). TBH, I don't think even CQ has the pro-license - that's the one Hashemian is working on and a truly tough program.

Playing for U-23 against Nepal which is nothing in football especially after coming from Asian Cup with the national team as a first team player.
more demotivating would be if he's only allowed to play with one leg....

BTW, some interesting stats for Iran vs. Nepal:

This was the 1st time we're facing them in this age group, but TM had played them 5 times before with total of 25 goals scored - interestingly average of 5 goals per game!

More than 1/3 of those goals were scored by Daei & Bagheri and almost half of them in two games during the golden age of 96-98 which included Khakpour as a player.

We had not faced them at the NT or U-22/23 level since then and all the other 3 games were in the 80's. Only 2 of the 5 games had a scoreline as good as or better than 5-0.

Read this to know how low is the mentality of our IFF.

IFF asked AFC to let U23 team have black band as a symbol of mourning for Fatima Zahra death which is in Persian new year holidays. AFC denied them the right to do so. IFF asked again what if they do it and AFC fine them for some amount. IFF was willing to pay a fine to AFC to let them have the black bands. AFC answered they won't let Iranian U23 to enter the match vs Nepal if they want to have the black bands because they are not related to football anyway.

IFF has money for this things but not for paying CQ tax or NT reward from AC 2015 games. IFF should still pay each NT member 600 dollars and they didn't pay because they said IFF is short in funds. Obviously a lot of things is wrong in IFF.

I am definitely against compulsory black bands, but if UAE could wear them for Saud dude's death I really don't see why AFC brings up none footballing as a reason.

Classic AFC, only enforcing rules when they apply against us.

I think you didn't get the main point. Old Iran-Iraq war veteran (sepehis) are now running the show in sport ministry and IFF. Their mentality is just force the players go to mourning for Imam Hussein events before the matches and he will give you miracle rather than funding the team and do preparation. This mentality is wrong. I am not against few religious people who may believe in this things but this is not gonna help you if you had done nothing for the team.

As ghadim goftan as to harkat as khoda barkat. Kashani is a former Sepahi commander, has the same mentality and wants to force all team to this fiasco. Even willing to pay any fine for that matter. I say spend the enough money on team training instead of wasting on black bands and fines. If you really believe in Fatima Zahra then just pray to her, black bands are not necessary. Beside, many Iranians do not care for such things anymore or lost interest. At the same time this Kashani is a corrupted dude, so using this black bands does not help such a person in the first place.

Kashani is doing this to get money and favor among religious nuts who have power in Islamic Mullahdom.

I totally support AFC on this issue and they should not let anything political or religious into the game. If they let something like this for an AFC event or competition then that was wrong, but if the match was a non-official AFC match to commemorate Saudi late king, I don't see any problem.

Main point: if you have money spend in on the team not on superstitions! Why do you say you don't have money to pay TM rewards but you have money to pay this and the ridiculing us in AFC!

Cheshmi is very solid I really like his playing style, like PAG he can play both CM/DM and CB. He has been starting all games for Saba as well, IMO he should get his chance with TM.

Kanaani also could be upgraded to TM, we desperately need younger CBs in the senior team and both Kanaani and Hajmohammadi should be called up
