Our players are really one track minded

Every time they're down the wing they have to cross and if they're behind 18 they shoot. They've never heard or seen of through passes or diaginol ground passes

Its not that they don't have the ability. Its about composure. Its about being tested in difficult situations.
If your training is easy, if you're not exposes to must win games, if there is no motivation or hustle, then you will never see improvement.
