OK, but in any case Iran has not won the ACL in at least 20 years.

Ronaldinho to join UAE side Al-Nasr

      http://footballitarin.com/link_page.php?id=258875

Al-Nasr is going to play in the ACL 2016, which means that he's very likely to play against an Iranian side

Iranian clubs don't have the same budget as their arabian and east asian competitors.
The caliber of foreign players and coaches are better in those countries, hence the reason they get better results.
They get high grade Brazilians and other foreigners to play for their teams whilst we get b and c graders.

If Iran does not win the Asian champions league next edition, we should just come to terms that Iran produces low quality

If AFC didn't allow foreign players we would win the champions league every year... The problem is these arab teams/east asian teams have higher budgets than us, they can get top players from abroad which make a huge difference. our best foreign players were juanuario, edinho etc. players that are not known anywhere in the world, these arab teams get players like xavi, raul, ronaldinho etc... for god sakes our teams can't even afford to pay our own players, che berese be bazikonaye mesle xavi

That's like saying UEFA shouldn't allow Barcelona to buy brazilian, argentinian etc.. That's club system.
In a recent past, we won very frequently against all these arab teams. Even with one or two old stars the rest of the team are composed on weak arab players.

ACL format isn't good at all, because it make play us during two seasons with a transfer window in the middle than destroy teams cohesion. What a crazy idea to qualify for this competition in may 2015 and begin the ACL in march 2016!!! For a same club, it is potentially 3 different teams that qualify, play ACL groups and play ACL final stages until the final

I know Asia is big but making a east and west competition until the final is utter sh1t.

Pay $6,000 to watch Al Ahli play in China

Evergrande and Al Ahli are scheduled to play in the second leg of the final on November 21.

Ticket price reached as high as $6,000 apiece as Chinese champions Guangzhou Evergrande host the UAE's Al Ahli in the Asian Champions League final next week.

Evergrande and Al Ahli are scheduled to play in the second leg of the final on November 21 in Guangzhou's Tianhe stadium. The two sides drew 0-0 last Saturday in the first leg, reports Xinhua.

The most expensive tickets priced at 39,000 yuan (about $6,100) have been sold out. The second level of tickets are sold at 18,000 yuan (about $2,826) and even the cheapest tickets will cost 600 yuan (about $94).

It is estimated that the box office for this match will exceed 100 million yuan while the number for 2013 second leg of the final was about 50 million.

Just watched the highlights of the 1st leg.

Both goalkeepers should have been MVP'ers of the game. There were some nice saves from
                            both sides.

I believe playing in China and in front of a big crowd may be a little intimidating for al ahli's arab players. The Brazilians will cope but they may make silly mistakes.

                            I'm hoping Evergrande win.

Min. 54: Elkeson of Brazil scores for Guangzhou.

I will not be happy if Guanghou wins. But I will be happy if Al-Ahli losses. LOL.
