According to Wiki the cost of this stadium was only $20m, sounds like a bargain if true, however took 5 years to finish such a relatively small stadium which is typical in today's Iran

Wiki is a bad source sometimes. Stadium like this can range from 100 million to 300 million all in.
Most of it has been ready for 1.5 years actually - just some typical gonde laat bazi on compliance and inauguration.

so perhaps 20-30m might be a presumable value of the AQR stadium...

Keep in mind that labor and raw materials like concrete, steel, etc are much cheaper in Iran than somewhere like Austria
