I really hope Taj can get TM to go on a "tour" during the round of friendlies, internationals prior to Asian Cup, where TM plays their matches in Foolad Arena, Naghshe Jahan, AQR. All of Iran deserves to see TM, not just tehran.

AQR is there for show - Raeisi is a retard. They don't even use it (neither club or country)
Azadi Stadium
----------------
The upper level of Azadi Stadium is being renovated, 2 sections at a time. They are renovating the structure and using a lighter material. Slow goings but its a start. With money they could do this for the entire stadium in 2 years.
The first 2 sections will be ready by the Tehran Derby.
Pars Stadium, Shiraz
----------------------
Benches and track have been installed. Its actually ready now as opposed to the May inauguration. A match will be held sometime in the next few weeks by one of the Shirazi teams to open the place up. It looks better than I expected.
Pooryae Vali Stadium, Talesh
--------------------------------
Not a new or renovated stadium. I just found the location and environment interesting. Also good for a division 3 stadium for having their own stadium. Some of our bigger clubs could learn a lesson.
Pars Stadium will be inaugurated on Sunday with the league game between Bargh and Malavan. It looks like Bargh will play its home games there (at least for now)

Choka Talesh used to be in the highest league in iran. It was way before League Barater days (Probably 1999 or 2000). I was in middle school and went to Azadi stadium with my uncle (he is a die hard perspolis fan).. Perspolis won by 6 goals.

Inauguration has been postponed to another time. Game will be held in Dastgheib instead.
For the first time, Foolad's training session was held in Foolad Arena. The undersoil heating is not ready yet. I think the stadium will be ready for the game vs Esteghlal.
Foolad Arena management is being done the right way. They don't want to unveil until everything is 100% available.
They want all the parking/paving/landscaping/VIP amenities/Press room/locker rooms/... complete before they unveil. They don't want a half complete Naghshe Jahan type inauguration.
I really can't wait for this stadium to open so some illiterate managers and ministers in Iran can see what a decent product is, and that it is very much possible in Iran.

Why does a place like Khuzestan require undersoil heating?
