I saw the highlights Andrezinho is a good player, but that Wilmar guy is useless. He may score 2 or 3 goals at best with current state of events in your entire season. Bulgarian league is joke, non of Iranian players even think about it.

Wilmar seems to be a lazy forward, losing a lot of opportunities and his last touches are weak. You guys need to work on corners and free kicks. Pouraliganji can score header goals. You should replace Wilmar with someone else as soon as possible if you can afford it. Colombian dude is an insignificant striker and has no Colombian NT caps. Another guy who shared the top spot in Bulgarian league with him, Martin Kamburov, is 34 year old 15 Bulgarian NT caps with zero goal. It shows the quality Burlgarian footballers play outside Bulgaria.

Do not pay attention to agents who give a lot of hypes to their players. Watch the matches, quality of the play, the player back ground, and forum fans to get good insight before handing contracts. Now if you are short on money, you have no choice but to stick with this dude!

That Argentinian guy, Hernan Barcos seems not bad for free kicks and long shots on goal. You guys can spend more on those areas and you may get better results.

TEDA seldom signs a player for a long contract but Wilmar is the exception. It is said that we signed a 3-years contract with him...

Every fan of TEDA has found Morteza has a good header but the current problem is, we rarely took high quality corner. Neither Andrezinho nor Li Benjian could find the mates and currently "winning a corner" means "wasting a chance" for us.

Barcos is a good forward. He came from Cruzeiro and played for Argentina NT for several matches. However the other players can hardly support him --- even Andrezinho who has always shown a bad status since the first round. Every match Barcos can only touch the ball once or twice around the box so how could he score... To tell you the truth, you have seen Wilmar wasted many opportunities for us but actually without him, in the first three rounds, we cannot even make opportunities! That's really an irony.

The change in the defense side is Haan replaced Brazilian defender Lucas by the veteran Li Weifeng.

They need to have good wingers and a better strikers. Gucci is a good finisher but he needs good passing for that. There is no chemistry between TEDA players. Andrezinho and Barcos are pretty good but their entire offensive plans look lame. Barcos looks a little slow as well, but he is tall so not a bad choice for headers.

Possible case scenario:
They made a mistake signing that Wilmar dude. I saw his background and he used to play for K league teams and he was pretty crap there, so they got rid of him. His agents probably sent him to Bulgaria and prepared a presentable record for him and raised his value with hype, brought him back to China for a fat contract! Having a three year contract for such a quality smells really bad. I thought Chinese are good businessmen! This shows corrupted agents are everywhere. They did the same thing to many Iranian clubs. Bringing low quality obscure players, presenting as high quality, striking a deal with some connection and under table money, and getting a fat chunk of contract money for themselves.

Ex: They present a player with 100k dollar value as 1m dollar, bribe someone within club, close a long term contract, get some 400k from player and bye bye. the club finds out later and keep the player on bench or send him home if they are so frustrated. This is the story of Persepolis and some other clubs with some of their South American players.

This corrupt agents ruined some of the best IPL teams performance.

What are the recipe for a decent offense in a team?

1. a good play maker (CM) : they have Anderzinho who is good.
2. fast and technical wingers: I can not see any specific. They used Wilmar Jordan, a toothless forward as their right winger?!
3. a good finisher: Barcos is a slow geezer, but looks not bad on free kicks or long shots on target, he can be effective on headers because of his height. Wilmar is not a finisher, slow on moves, with few tricks. If the colombian dude stays he can be play as a second striker at best.

So out of 3 elements they are short on two. No wonder they are not scoring.
