They increased Asian's team from 3.5 spot in 1998 to 4.5 in 2002 and it hasn't changed since. I think the rest of the 11 Oceania teams should join Asia and increase the asian world cup spots to 5.5 and instead of 4.5

The Qatar World Cup will always be tarnished and remembered as the most corrupt and immoral thing to ever happen in footballs history. There is no positives in this World Cup and you would be smart to remember that.

I will keep in my heart and mind the perfection of the Brazil World Cup as I know the next two will be nothing close to it. Russia and Qatar to host the next two is enough to make me cry.

Why Russia? I know everyone is aware of the political climate of Russia but people in Russia love football. It is no Qatar. That being said it likely won't be as good as Brazil but I think it will still be a very enjoyable World Cup (more so than 2010). The only problem is if Ukraine qualifies then FIFA have a sticky situation on their hands.

1. Very populous country.
2. has the infrastructure.
3. Has the fans.
4. Beautiful women.
5. Russia in the summer should be great weather
6. In a location where many people from europe and the middle east can afford (low distance).
7. Most likely more affordable than brazil 2014 (excluding Moscow and st. petersburg)

They actually have a football team who can compete at World Cup level. Qatar in contrast, has never been near to any World Cup. Plus the fact that Russia doesn't import South Americans and Africans to play for their NT, like Qatar does!

I was in russia 4 years ago, big country with very expencive domestic flight tickets. Trains, well they go very slow and are not high quality. Russia is a nice country for sure and i agree women there are nice to but to be fair Russia cheated them self to get World Cup aswell, just like Qatar did. When it comes to football i dont care of the host countries people but if you want to talk about people i can tell you one thing, Russians can be very racist, their men are very rude when it comes to foreigners. I dont want to bash russia, my own wife is russian by the way It seams most of you have hate for arabs thats why you bash Qatar more than russia. I dont like arabs much either.. Everything is FIFAs fault anyway... If Iran would pay the cash we could also get World Cup one day, thats how fkuped it is..

What i am saying is that both Qatar and Russia cheated to get World Cup, neither two should even have got it in first place. But again world cup can not allways be in nice countries, to be fair it also have to be in some Asian country and Russia should also have it once... But it should be done fairly and not by corruption..
