Not only is this the most modern stadium being built in Iran, they have done a tremendous job of sticking to their schedule. At this rate, the stadium should be ready by 2016.

Nader jan as far as I know it is set to be completed by the start of 2015-16 season, it was supposed to be ready by mid-february but they got a bit behind course.

That's what I heard too. I just gave it the 2016 completion date since a short delay is always expected with these projects.

Overall, I think there's a good chance we can see Foolad play their first match here in the 2nd half of next season.

I think more than a new stadium, Foolad needs a system to figure out if the players they sign are cleared from sarbazi (conscription) or not. That is a huge issue.
