I hope Sweden qualifies. They have been away from the World Cup for too long and the WCQs have been hard on them lately. In 2014 they had to face Portugal in the play-offs, and now they have to face Italy.

But it seems they stand a chance now!

Korea beat Columbia 2-1 in their WC preparation friendly. Respect to them, that is a good win for them. Despite our rivalry, they are going to Russia to represent Asia, so I hope that they will have a strong showing. Seems the second tier South American teams may be beatable by Asian opponents when they have off days. I personally don't want us playing too much European opposition though as they can break down our discipline with their even stronger discipline. The flair and technique of the South Americans and a country like Mexico are much better matchups for TM's frustratingly organized style.
