Hashemian "Some of our coaches are talking about Plan B when their teams don't even have plan". Referring to GN and Derakhshan saying that TM doesn't have plan B hahahaha

vel konin in ghale ro. This is the new beginning for our future generation of world class coaches. Hashemian is the first Iranian who will graduate from a well respected academy in such high level. I hope he can open the gate to a new era that we will witness educated coaches leading IPL teams, not former TM player and current thugs!

In my opinion Mansourian is a great coach! He is all natural talent though, what Hashemian is doing is great, every young coach should follow his example.

Well said to everything. He's doing a great job and professionally learning how to become a great coach. Maybe we will see him as TM coach one day.

Is it just me or has it been taking him a long time to get his education. I just think about guys like pipo inzaghi and so on and he seems to have gone into a coaching job a lot sooner after retiring than Hashemian.
I don't know much about his credentials etc. but would be interested to know more.

He mader a huge mistake tho , he said TM doesnt have any official matches to for 2-3 more years to come soCQ should concentrate on younger players ???

Dear Vahid we have our first 2018 WCQ match on June 12 of this year , only 3 months away.

Hashemian should speed up the process of moving through the coaching ranks. He has so much potential to become bigger with ambition and hard work. Would love to see him take charge of Team Melli a few years down the line.
