Heydari/Nekounam/Sadeghi should go. As true as it is that Pirlo still plays, we need to make sure we have depth in the CDM field and we need to do that by testing players NOW. Haddadifar is old. We have found our replacement for Sadeghi in PAG. We also have far better options at RB than Khosro Heydari.

I applaud CQ on not kicking Amiri despite his AC mistake. I think he'll take the chance to make it up to CQ in performance.

No penalty kick. He didn't help Hajsafi defending and covering for Pooladi. 2nd and 3rd goal was partially on him to blame. He used to go to the Iraqi box and didn't come back to defend properly.

Age does not matter if you perform well. I don't see why Nekounam should retire soon, he is still a good player for both TM and Osasuna.

Pirlo still plays for Italy NT and Juventus, and he is 35.

Ansarifard, needs to be dropped temporarily for sure, but certainly not so sure permanently..!!? we simply got plenty of better alternatives in his position too.

Sadeghi, May be...?? probably not until we've dressed up a younger potential replacement..!! we are currently too shallow on CB position and cant afford to drop him too quick.

Heydari, May be..? sorta same situation as Sadeghi..! he should be demoted to bench and used in emergency cases as a experienced veteran in RB position until we have a Couple of solid options at RB, which we currently Dont.

im not so sure anything too good will come from Hassanzadeh and Ghordani either...!!? doubt it..!

Khosro Heydari, Sadeghi, Ansarifard should not be even on the bench. Unfortunately Beikzadeh does not show anything promising as well. To cover for LB is our biggest problem now
Shojai, Haghighi, Amiri should watch the matches on bench and Javad ready for an exist soon. We need to try young forwards and attacking midfielders such as Yaghub Karimi, Musalman, Rezaei, Shahbazadeh, Taremi,... we should find a replacement for Gucci very soon. Ansarifard is out of the picture as long as he is in OSA. Sardar can not play 90 min yet and we can not put all our eggs (hope) in his basket. What we require for near future...

1. A solid LB until solve Pooladi problem ***
2. A solid DMF to replace Javad
3. A Play Maker like Ali Karimi of the past or Khalatbari of the present ***
4. An alternative FW
5. Try different AMFs

I think we have to replace Haghighi with Beiranvand as starting goal keeper now. He deserves the spot and needs the experience as soon as possible.

Ansarifard is out of form and there are many strikers that are better than him ATM and that could benefit from his place in TM: Sharifi, Shahbazzadeh, Motahari, Taromi any of these guys would be more beneficial. Karim should stay with his team and try to adapt because this shocking form with Osasuna + Interrupting it to come sit on TM's bench every 2 month is going to destroy his career soon. He should focus on finding a team in Europe where he gets playing time next season and forget about WCQ 2nd round for now, many other players deserve his place.

Definitely should leave TM within the next few months: Nekounam, Shojaei, Heydari, Gordani although he is solid atm I would still give Jamaati a chance instead

I'll definitely take a bet on Beik. 99% he'll come back on crutches or in a cast (AGAIN), so won't be playing better!
