As for naming names, I can't right now. I've been both disgusted and devastated since hearing this terrible news.
Alright cool. I didn't know if he was fired on the spot or if his last game would be the Sweden game!
Cause after the Sweden game we will have a gap till June, that should be enough time for us to find a coach. ( crossing my fingers )

First and Foremost, If true this news will devastate not only us, not only millions of fans in Iran, but also our actual team who are supposed to play their toughest games! this news will deeply affect morale! so don't be surprised to see a huge loss, that will ironically play into the hands of CQ antagonists to say he wasn't good anyway!! CQ is doomed either way...

Secondly, From the moment our team got good results at the WC and Asian Cup, the Bache Akhunds started screwing with CQ until he decided to leave, they see nothing more important than removing this icon from Iran, CQ has grown more popular than our (rag head)Rahbar himself and in Iran you cannot have that! The powers that be wanted him out wayyyy back, but popular demand kept him , but that didn't stop the 'officials' from $$%#@ing around with CQ to the point that he dropped in the towel!

Now having said that, I can guarantee you CQs forced resignation will create a Revolution in Iran!! This itself might force the authorities to back down, and get him back. but, it might also embolden then and actually push CQ out faster and quell the dissent. With World powers negotiation with Iran looking bleak, the threat of sanctions, Netanyahus re-election things look bleak for Rahbar and the filth that is called Jomhuri Eslami. Stay tuned it will get interesting!...

Hosh, what is this clown show here?

Some of you act beyond ridicule, do you hear yourselves?

Some of your seem more fan of CQ than TM, I will suggest something to you guys (who all know who you are), you should follow him and his team wherever he goes next and give up on TM because Iranian players deserve better supporters than you.

It's in these moments that you can see the true colors of some overemotional Iranian fans.

We've lost better coaches. Remember Ivic?

Seriously, this is so true. I bet deep down some of these members here will be hoping that TM fails under a none-CQ coach. They know who they are. Some of you will become happy if we don't qualify to WC 2018. It's sad.

Why is it that we Iranian fans are never allowed to enjoy anything in football??!!! For once we were looking forward to a couple of decent friendliest and then this shitty news makes the upcoming matches a very bitter experience for us. And how in hell do they decide to force Azmoun and Aliteza to miss out on these great international experiences and go play Afghanistan etc. how low can we go??!!!!!!!!!
And who on earth can they find better than CQ? What losers!!!!

                Jamesh kon.

Or have you forgotten the majority of fans who worked tirelessly to support this team during the Iraqi doping scandal following the Quarter Final match? Some of those happiest at CQ's dismissal today are those that made zero contributions in that thread and did not raise a pink for Team Melli (despite the slimmest of chances). Those same people only showed up once the verdict was announced and resumed their smear campaign the next day. The bad supporters aren't the ones saddened by the loss of a valuable asset to our football, it's the one's who desire failure in our football as means of achieving their agenda.

Exactly, obviously I am extremely saddened by CQ leaving, but it is not the end of the world. If the IFF can choose a world class coach (CQ in 2011) they can do it TWICE! And if not I would be comfortable with Mansourian or Golmohammadi. But there is not need to overreact and say "oh nepal and afghanistan, here we come", those comments make me very angry to be honest.

....the former player from your club Seyed Mehdi Seyed Rahmati hoped for Iran to lose during the WCQ's so that CQ would beg him to come back.

I think we are dealing with double standards here. Fix your own kind first.

I don't think many objective people would have been expecting anything but a HUGE loss in at least one of those two games anyway - that includes CQ himself.

Otherwise, it makes no sense at all to submit a resignation but still coach a team for 2 important games - and frankly it's unheard of. Now he has the excuse that the players were demoralized and didn't have "angizeh" because of his resignation on top of not having Azmoun and JB.

And let's face it, the latter would have been a very weak excuse for a high margin loss, which is realistically what should have been expected for at least the Chile game. There's a reason he had been threatening to quit after the Sweden game since the Asian Cup long before any of these issues with Asadi, JB or Azmoun came up.

I don't know why we have such short term memories and look at only 3-10 days' worth of events. Let's not be naive here - CQ is not a dumb guy and he has been laying the foundation for leaving after some bad results since before the WC. There were no convincingly bad results since and there were always other excuses (e.g. lack of friendlies), but he obviously doesn't want to be in the same situation he was after the PFF fired him, being without any excuses and out of a job for over a year.

Do, I have no respect for plastic fans that support TM seasonally and come back talking trash about our team just because CQ is off. I don't care what anyone did during the doping campaign, I have over 600 tweets myself over that cause but that has nothing to do with this argument if those people come back and speak the way they do in this thread. TM deserves better fans than them.

I like CQ , but not that much to wish bad luck on my beloved TM. Idc who the next coach is. All I want is good results for our National Team and to see our players move out to Europe to further improve their careers .

Firstly, lol (at the bolded part). Typical javgir reactionary attitude.

Secondly, again you think it's all about you. There's a crowd of people who have been waiting for TM's failure so that CQ can be removed. Many of them 'disappeared' temporarily during that stretch.

"Jamesh kon" is more of a javgir attitude dear, you win that title.

You are changing the purpose of the whole argument, sure there may be some that just have an agenda vs Queiroz and are happy, but some of the guys that cry over his departure say stuff that make them are as bad as they are in my eyes and I can't stand it. Both plastic fans. Purely overemotional and dramatic Iranian fans.
