That metaphor was making the simple point that top coaches never stand for interference with their tactical and personnel decisions.
Then you should be happy that as a top coach CQ metaphorically broke Kaffasian's or Assadi's arms and legs and that TM is now without a coach and CQ without a job! Avarin CQ, avarin Xbox expert!
after watching CQ 's nowrooz TV apperance , and reading other IFF officials comments,i firmly believe that
he is not going anywhere but he is trying to show to Goudarzi what will happen if they keep f**king with him !!

I'm happier for the genius who doesn't let being 43 stop him from acting like a 13 year old
Seriously, if you can't help embarrassing yourself at least remove your age from your bio.
we have to wait till he get back, but we need to remmber he is a pro coach and can get any club he want, and that is a reality, we all know that, but i believe IFF want him to stay, is the issue will CQ stay

If he could get any club he wanted, he probably wouldn't be unemployed when Iran approached him, and he would never accept the Iran job. And we would hear more rumours about teams interested in him than just some teams in the championship like Leeds. Iranians again let their emotions get the best of them and won't be objective, calling their opinions for 'reality'.
He is a great coach, no doubt, and might even be able to land a very good team, but saying he can get any club he wants means that Iran has a coach on the same level as Mourinho, Ancelotti and Guardiola.

While "any club" is a leap. I can see him getting solid offers from top teams in second tier Euro leagues and mid-bottom teams in top Euro leagues.
And there it is...when all else fails get personal!
First off, when a 43 year old reduces himself to childish silliness, the least he can expect is to get called out on it. Every time.
Second, and speaking of silliness, let's not pretend that your problem has anything to do with this You're just pissed off you can't pass off writing drills for 14 year old girls as "credentials" to look down on the guy who coached Real Madrid You don't understand why simply "dreaming of being a world class coach some day" isn't enough to get taken seriously when you act like you understand the game better than those who have been at that level for years The other stuff is just a ruse.
