Ive noticed that the "football +" members and older members have been so happy since queiroz resigned. Its funny because these same people will criticize the next coach for being too offensive or something like that.

After the Carlos debacle, no Foreign coach with CQs resume will come to Iran, we can only hope for a 2nd rate Foreign coach, and quite frankly, coaches like Mansourian, Golmo or even Faraki are still too green to start coaching a National team. so for now we are completely screwed and we will have a 10% CHANCE of making it to Russia on 2018. Exactly what our sports leaders wanted, take away any expectiation , and plunder....

Talebi did not tell the players "to go into the pitch and lose with dignity"! No coach would do such a thing! It was in the lines of "Play like against Yugoslavia and USA, but if we are about to lose, at least let's give everything we got and let's go out with our heads up"!

            These are two different things!

Doctor I think this is your time to come up with a clear alternative given the limitations IFF, and IRI face. We have seen you criticize TM coach after coach.

So lets hear it, I'm sure the doctor can come up with remedies instead of just diagnosing problems.

That goes for all CQ critics

Let hear a viable replacement that will move TM forward according to your visions.

Its easy to point to problems, coming up with a good solution is hard.

group think anyone? how the hell is mansourian the best man for the job? he is one of the least experienced and least qualified people out of the list mentioned. golmohammadi, mansourian, hashemian should not even be mentioned. ghotbi and ebrahimi should be on the list. if you want continuation of cq style i believe ghotbi would be the best, if you want offensive football i think kranjar would be good however he has already been eliminated after what happened with omid. if it has to be a vatani coach i think not considering ghotbi (there seems to be lots of bias against him) ghalenoi and faraki are the most qualified.

Obviously they will not bring a foreign coach , due to price, culture, lack of facilities matching expectations of foreign coaches, plus IFF can not pay them due to sanctions and bank account freezes , as matter of fact IFF deliberately started drama to get rid of CQ

So within the domestic coaches we have the strong option of FARAKI , or ebrahimzadeh, I am certain that faraki has the biggest chance due to
1- being very religious and close to IFFs standards of praising ameh athar after every win ,

2- never shaving his rish before or after revolution since the age 12

The second criteria i mentioned can get him the presidency of IR if he tried

Thanks, from now on I have to look at the source of everything posted on PFDC, I don't know if your version or his is the correct one, but yours sure sound more believable than his.. It is incredible the length's people go and twist people's words in PFDC.. (Not this specific case only cause I don't even know who is right lol)

The only Iranian coach I would be fine with is Ghotbi. He was a little bit similar to CQ and I believe he did not get a fair chance having TM for such a short time. I am sure he would have better results when he had TM earlier in the WCQ 2010.

He is not a very good coach, far from it..but he is a qualified person and knows everything about Iranian football.

I would take Ghotbi over Ghalenoei or Faraki any given time.

Still not even close to what CQ is.

ghotbi sucked bro, I would take mansourian or viesi over ghotbi in a heart beat (although I don't think mansourian or viesi are top candidates to begin with). both understand the modern game where as ghotbi's tactics and planning resembled that of the stone ages, IMO the biggest reason of his failure as TM head coach. If its going to be an Iranian these are the only two I wouldn't be that upset over.

I don't see any Iranian coach getting the job if I'm honest.

-Mansourian won't accept and the reason has been already given several times, it would be career suicide, he is still too inexperienced and needs more club coaching.
-Hashemian, no experience, will probably decline himself anyways.
-Ghalenoei probably will stay with SS, too many hashieh for him to become TM coach again he has many enemies.
-Faraki messed up Sepahan but if any Iranian coach will get the job, it's probably him. Not sure about Gomohammadi. But yeah Faraki is the most likely one of the bunch.
-Can't see Ghotbi come back after all the negativity around when he was coach. He probably isn't interested I would guess.

Now any "big" foreign coach would be too risky when WCQ start that soon and IFF probably won't invest in a completely new foreign coach. The remaining options are current/ex-foreign coaches in the IPL who are familiar with Iranian football, Kranjcar is probably not an option as he left just few months ago with some disputes with IFF and is doing well in Qatar, Oliveira is a no-no for me, big failure on continental stage with Tractor.

To me Skocic with an Iranian assistant like Markar would be the best bet. It's going to be interesting who IFF will bring out.

                              bro,

you really think all those Iranian coaches would pass up the opportunity to coach TM? the only one I can confidently see doing that is hashemian. a big MAYBE to masourian as well but I highly doubt the likes of GN, faraki, golmo, etc. with all their big egos pass up the opportunity if it presents itself to them, just my opinion.

the second half I completely agree with. I don't think we will see another big name foreign coach after CQ and see kranjcar and skocic as the only candidates with a shot at being considered. I hope im wrong as another quality big name coach in the same calibour as CQ is what we need, but I feel that Kranjcar or oliviera would be the next best options given they have handled big clubs/NTs with big expectations.

the skocic marker combo would be nice too. I was a huge fan of skocic since he was in malavan and is a very modern coach but im not 100% confident he could handle the pressue of a big team like TM, hes never coached any team of that level. don't get me wrong he could totally kill it in every way but at the same time theres that risk with him not being familiar/able to handle the big job.
