Can we ask him to reconsider and stay? instead of jumping to conclusion?!

I have been thinking and analysing the situation and released we may not have another coach with this style and at this level ever again as long as Islamic Republic is at power. Just go through his past and credentials specially his management skills, influence on youth level and finding new talents. He is absolutely a top scale coach; but in the pitch his defensive style so far was not appealing in higher level (WC or AC) for me. (except Argentine match). Keeping CQ as senior team manager would lead us to a dead end somewhere in next 3-4 years. But until then we could build up a great squad and lift our level of football one neck and shoulder above Asia. Then perhaps we needed a bigger name. But we need to keep him in our country and use him as a great manager to revolutionize our league and football in youth levels all together. I just wish if we can do something so he stays in Iran. There are so much we can learn from him.

Do you think there is any chance for this?

If he leaves I have no doubt nobody else with his caliber and Jesarat comes to Iran due to IFF and other corrupted ring leaders in our football. They have no money to hire another person like him or they do not want to go through the same troubles that CQ made them to become adjusted to the professional football.

If we want to do something for our football we have to do it now and put extreme pressure on IFF, IPL, and risho Mafia and make their lives miserable. They did this before Nowruz because they thought we are so preoccupied and do not make a fuzz out of it. CQ reaction on TV was almost clear to me that he was waiting for us to back him up. Let make the IFF and the rest feel the pressure.

No it wont happen, he just was on Shabake 3 for Nowrooz and he was pretty much in tears. He said he didnt want to leave and it wasnt up to him, so honestly this time it is done for good.

According to Kafashian CQ is returning to Iran after the game vs Sweden, so there is little hope
I am certain that Imam Khomeini Airport is gonna get outta control again when TM returns

CQ has plans to perform against Chile and Sweden big time, which makes a departure of him immensely hard for the fans who will be awaiting the team at the airport.

            I hope my scenario happens.

Praying didn't help us to get rid of this regime. We need to have a plan. grass root support FB post, groups, rallying, commenting online websites, going to airport, senior team training facilities, calling and emailing CQ, IFF and big wigs in football anything that can cause Media attention and putting immense pressure on IFF and regime. We can start with creating FB groups and inviting our friends to join and debating more actions there and do it with greater numbers. Numbers always counts.

CQ is a national icon. People love him admire him and Respect him. Never in the history of Jomburi Eslami has a foreign personality been so loved. Iranians believe CQ belongs to them. They believe that no one can replace him. so Trust me when I say CQ will stay, especially when he return to Tehran , he will have huge crowds of people chanting pro CQ and down to IFF and everything will change and he will stay!

Even if he returns, all these stories (CQ resignation, CQ taxes, WC kits, etc...) completly destroy Iran reputation on football world, even you got good results and prestation against Argentina, Chile and Sweden.

International media echoes these kinds of news that make us look ridiculous

The love between the nation and CQ is beyond a footballing concept. Even those that don't like his team tactics love him for his principals and saying no to injustice, people feelings rhyme with that.

Any notion that forcing him to resign by circumventing circumstances was further proved by the events of his exit to Austria from Iran. His popularity has now increased further from 88%. If I was in CQ's position I would suggest to keep calm, keep his head down, do all he can to get reasonable results out of these two games and then let the people decide.

The people shall decide, let's closely watch the event.

CQ is on vacation like 60 or 70% of the time. He does not have much extra to offer Iran TM as far as technical & tactical improvement... you've seen it all in the last 4 years and realized we did not get out of the initial stages of the World Cup despite having a low key group. I'd hire a younger qualified headcoach with shorter resume' but one who uses scientific coaching methods, is not as bossy when it comes to working with other footballing entities in the country, and is enthusiastic about the job. If CQ were that good, he'd have won some silverware by now after so many years of coaching.
