CQ is on vacation like 60 or 70% of the time. He does not have much extra to offer Iran TM as far as technical & tactical improvement... you've seen it all in the last 4 years and realized we did not get out of the initial stages of the World Cup despite having a low key group. I'd hire a younger qualified headcoach with shorter resume' but one who uses scientific coaching methods, is not as bossy when it comes to working with other footballing entities in the country, and is enthusiastic about the job. If CQ were that good, he'd have won some silverware by now after so many years of coaching.

Now thats BS. Not even a vatani coach would have done what CQ did.. ive never seen a foreign coach who was loved that much by the countries fans... Remember when ghotbi was a coach.. i realised that the fans rarely cared about him..

I don't think any song sums up how some of you guys are feeling about CQ, and what he was/is to many TM fans better than this one.

Love him or hate him, you can't deny that he did become the king of hearts of many many TM fans all over the world...
