Korea and Japan finished 3rd and 4th in the world in the 2012 Olympics - never mind Asia! And the other qualifier went to pretty much the same UAE team that finished 3rd in the Asian Cup two months ago!!! Then we have Iraq, North Korea and Thailand who were all semi-finalists at the Asian Games.

So the same monsieurs that have no problem with Iran having just finished 6th in Asia (our worst finish EVER in the Asian Cup) under an experienced world class coach and while we were one of the top 4 favorites, are now expecting Khakpour (a shitty vatani coach with no experience as they call him) to finish in the top 3 in Asia along with 2 of the world's top teams, while we're not even ranked in the top 10 in Asia!!!

Based on your post you have already set up Khakpour and TM Omid for failure. Why then was it so important for JB and AZ to go there and miss 2 excellent senior games?
