Cool cool. Can you see me now? Ps. Im sorry you feel I disrespected your flag. I'll be sure to think of you everytime I walk by my shir o khorshid flag hanging in my apartment...lol
Btw It's a lot more work to hate rather than to love.
Remember how united we were all when the doping scandal was announced? We should continue that kinda attitude even when our TM wins. We should be celebrating not fighting with each other over difference of opinions.
I think it's really sad how some people have so many posts in this thread and not once have they said how happy they are that Iran won, how well we played or even congratulating the boys and CQ for a game well played - here or elsewhere.
I honestly don't understand how people who call themselves TM fans can be so miserable after such an important win that instead of celebrating they would spend all their energy trying to make others feel miserable. What's the point of being a fan if you don't even enjoy a victory?!
All I can tell you is that I didn't see a single TM fan acting the way some people act on this board in Germany or Brazil or when TM came to Canada. It would obviously make for a better environment for everyone if people learnt to focus on what they're feeling and who they're being rather than constantly telling others what they're feeling or being.

These are the kids that were raised by IR standards, all of their obsession is due to years of oppression thats exactly where their lack of intuition comes from, what do you expect from a bunch that lack intuition?
It all started by that obsessed individual that tried to mock you for your pre match thoughts and shifted everyones focus from our win and celebrating this victory to a battle front between you and every other member
This type of sick sadstic behavior only emerges from oppressed individuals ,
My suggestion is to ignore them save your self some time

Oh no, the pathetic logic of "all worthy Iranians left after revolution and we can't possibly have anyone worthwhile left in Iran". Shahs of Sunset portrays your bunch clearly. I am happy my parents didn't run away when going got tough. I was raised by my family and not IR. No matter who is in power there will always be good Iranians born and raised in Iran.

The environment effects you regardless of how hard your parents try, the books you read in schools the tv you watch shapes and effects you eventually,
My father didnt get out he chose to stay and fight the new regime and got killed for for being part of the royal military, its easy to live on your knees which he chose not to
i wasnt talking about you anyways, I was talking about those with sadistic behavior
What a pile of antagonistic shit... I read that and was immediately thinking it was written by one of the CQ worshipers here specially due to the "ali asghari" ref.

To be fair to CQ, the game against chile besides from the Argentina game was one of the finest performances from TM with CQ as head coach, i just wish he got this grip on the team few years sooner ,
The era of getting beaten by lebanon and Uzbekistan have faded away as the team became more floating with his tactics ,
If you are a fan of attacking football like me, chances are high that you will not be at ease with the new defensive style he brought to iran

Except you can't even credit CQ with this victory. Iran did not park the bus like it ALWAYS does under CQ irrespective of its opponent. He has one foot out the door and he grew some magical balls and told the boys to starts pressing hard. Which lead to a rather remarkable dismantling of the Chilean side in the first half. But as soon as we scored the second goal. We went back to the good old park the bus tactics. My problem with this is that we don't need to park the bus. It's kinda like getting into a ring with a midget and then suddenly coiling up into the fetal position in the middle of the ring and getting kicked and punched. We were dominating them, we were up 2-nil, we could keep up the pressure, and utterly destroy them the same way Germany destroyed Brazil.
He is a coward. He had no faith in Portugal let alone our boys. He downplays our team and our boys at every chance her gets. And he embarrasses our nation internationally for his own benefit: kit scandal prior to WC. Friendly scandal prior to Asian Cup, saying Iran doesn't even have the quality to come out of its group, etc. Even the way team melli defends vis a vis defending areas/zones on the pitch rather than marking players is highly suspect, and gives the opponent time and space to penetrate it. He just needs to go. I'd take Ostad Asadi over him at this point. Atleast he wouldn't say our kits shrink to the international media before the WC, making us a global laughing stock in the world and reinforcing the idea that Iran is this piss poor, broken back desert country in the middle east with camels as main mode of transport.
