man, i tell you, Javaad was a beast of a DMdr prior to his nasty knee injury that sidelined him for nearly a year..!! he recovered somewhat and continued to perform admirably at club and for TM for many more years after it but imo, his overall game never could match the year he took Osasuna deep into European cup..!!
i was sure he'd get snatched up by an Elite EU club after that season...some higher profile La Liga team possible transfer rumors surfaced but i think many higher profile EU clubs looked past him due to his nationality or something..?? cause from pure footballing talent az beeshtarin kasaie ke too top EU clubs DM bazi mikardan oon zamoona hichi kam nadashed..!
ACL tears are extremely difficult to come back from. On top of that, once it tears, even with the best surgeon repairing it (whether it's from another part of the body, or a cadaver), it's never really 100%.

Nekounam was probably one of the very few (if any) top players in Osasuna who stuck with the club and never went to better La liga teams despite receiving offers from them. He is considered a king there so he's got every chance of working there as a coach and get properly experienced. I don't know why he's stuck in PGL and doesn't take the chance!
