I think of myself as a huge CQ fan. Independent of all the drama about him, he has stood the test of time against a league and federation that is a mess, incompetent and unprofessional. He took a team that has historically been INSANELY emotional and would lose their confidence with the slightest breeze, a team that had infighting and constant back-biting and bickering, and made it into a team that has enough resolve to pull what they did against iraq, a team that can win in korea, a team that unarguably could have beat world cup finalist argentina.

I think the federation is changing.. he didn't get his way with ARJB and sardar, and that new federation guy said some ridiculous things like that carlos doesn't meet his minimum criteria in being a coach, and he's realizing this is no longer an environment in which he gets his way, so he is bouncing. I am incredibly sad, particularly with losing nekounam too, but what can I say.
