Who should be Team Melli's next captain?

Ando apparently said tm after queiroz will be like a sinking ship. If he actually said that then he shouldn't be the captain but with iranian media you never know if it's true.

Weather you agree with CQ style, Its 4 years of hard work and our players have faith in this system and for most part get results with it. It gives us the best chance for qualifying for the 2018 world cup and now with the new coach, we have to start from 0 basically. New coach will want to implement his style, introduce new players and that's fine but it will take a long time to be efficient and time is what we dont have. So the "what if" games start and that is the sinking ship hes talking about my friend. I dont think its fair to say he shouldn't be the captain for speaking the truth.

if anyone deserves it, it is Ando, he played in Europe and should be the next in line.

Ando and there is not even a close 2nd. Hosseini is too old school Iranian FOB to ever be captain, plus the dude bless his heart looks like a zombie. He doesn't have the interpersonal skills or respect that a guy like Ando has to unite a team.

After this current transitional phase of TM is over in the next 3-4 years, Jahanbakhsh will be the team captain for the next decade or so. I think he has all the inherent traits and skills to equal Nekounam and become the best captain TM has ever had.

This new (moronic) management at IFF will never let an Armani become TM captain.
They will also make sure that Markar Aghajanian will be out of TM staff for the same reason.

As much as I hate IR I think they have no problem making Ando the capitain. You will never see an Armenian vazir or ostandar or shahrdar but you will see Ando as the TM captain.

The only outstanding veterans are Ando and Jalal while Dejagah (minus his last match performance) is our team engine. I think Ando is the only one who is close to next Captain. I can not see anybody else filling the requirements. I just hope he can keep Team Melli out of Hashie just like Neko. Ando is a little rough on the pitch so he needs to act with more responsibility and calm other people down just like his performance with Persepolis when he hold down Sadeghian in IPL.

As much as Ando deserves it and it shd rightfully go to him, the IR will not tolerate a minority being its captain!!!!
