Analysis of 90 from Iran's friendly games

Here's a great analysis from 90 from Iran's friendly games against Sweden and Chile that shows how much we have improved in offense and control of ball. It also shows that Amiri needs to cover his players in defense more.

87% passing accuracy against Sweden is definitely an improvement!

Crazy analysis! Shows we need to keep CQ.

As I said before Amiri is not covering for defense. I saw that and discussed about it during Iran-Iraq match. Hajsafi usually comes all the way back to help defense when the ball is in our opponent team's possession. Vahid showed he is great as AMF or winger in attacks but certainly he needs to work a lot on his defensive skills. Since he is almost new to the team I guess we should give him some time and see if he can adopt to CQ's defensive mind set. (if CQ stays)

Amiri plays great in offense but he's terrible in defense. On the other hand, Pouladi is excellent in defense and not so good in offense.

Which is why Hajsafi is such an incredibly important player.

Yes but Hajsafi wasn't able to fill Pouladi's position that well in the game against Iraq either.

He did, it was Amriri who didn't cover the lat man, for instance, Hajsafi had Younis perfectly on our first goal, it was the man behind, who Amiri didn't cover, who was free.

we dont have a good left back who can attack well and defend at the same time, we have amiri and pooladi and hajsyi,al are good, but some are good in defense ,some are good in attack

                      Exactly, none are well rounded.

We had aghili. He was great at attack but I can not recall if he could play in LB. I know he is at CB now.

Amir and Pouladi play in different positions. Pouladi is used as leftback in TM, Amiri as leftwing midfielder.
