since it was decided and confirmed by all Iranian players of the last 50 years (inlcuding Amir Qalenoie) in an unanimous vote, that Perspolis is the SARVAR of all other clubs in Iran, they allowed Perspolis to use the national flag.

personaly I would have prefered the red Perspolis flag, but well, this is the price we have to pay for being the Sarvars....
