Group 1: Malaysia, Bhutan, India, Qatar, South Korea
Group 2: Guam, Timor-Leste, Tajikistan, Oman, Uzbekistan
Group 3: Laos, Korea DPR, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Australia
Group 4: Hong Kong, Indonesia; Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq
Group 5: Bangladesh, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Kuwait, China
