No idea if they do but Mahdavikia told me that the youth team coaches usually ignore his players for some reason.

This week U14 list of players was announced ,including 7 from Tehran 3 of them from Kia team.

That's interesting, judging by the results in the u17 (nojavanan league), half the u17 melli players should be from Academy kia. They have been repeatedly smashing every team in the league, every year and becoming champions. I'm sure there is some sort of band bazi or party bazi involved in that case because Kias first loss I have ever even HEARD of is the one against Peykan that just happened this week!

Kia has done a fantastic work so far with his youth academy and hopefully he will do more , but one should separate facts from fictions.
Although he started with under 12 years old players , but his entry to the ZTehran premier league was about 2 years ago with U14. He did extremely well and his U14 this year is doing as well and rank 1st so far. His U16 team entered the premier league this year and doing great on top of the chart so far .From his U14 team 3 players have been selected for U14 team this week (3/7 Tehran share).
There is no member of his Team in U17 because he did not have a team in U16 P league last year and hopefully Chamanian head coach of U16 & U17 will invite from his team should he see fit.
Just a reminder Kia does not have any team i PGL u14-U22)

Great act of fairplay by the U15 team. In the last game of the season, they scored while a player was lying on the ground. To make up that goal they scored an own goal.
They would've probably won the title if they didn't do that. The game ended in a draw. Paykan won the league btw.
