I have not seen many games from him but base on what i have obserbed since he was 13 , he is a good player and his family has invested in his development and progress.
He has been member of Kia Academy since age 12 and now play for Kia U19. Beside his talent and enthusiasm, his sucess has something to do playing for family team ( he is son of Hadi Mahdavikia Kia Academy Coach ). He is not at level with Doostimehr or Rostami .

They are now older to play U14 (nonahalan Tehran) and moved to u16 but they are not getting playing time yet.
Some members of U15 like Mani play for Kia U16 and Hobobati even played for U18- javanan
I have not seen Rahmani name in game report of u14 or U16 yet after W5.

They are mostly under 18-19 and none has been transferred to any PGL teams yet
Older ones playing in liq3 as a team hoping to advance to liq2 and ultimately to league bartar .
Their best players hope to be transfer to Europ so they won’t go to any other Iranian team now

Mika recently started a charity foundation in Germany to raise funds for developments of youth and help to transfer so talented players from Iran .
