Report: Iran to host Iraq National Team WC qualifiers

I get that we have to be the bigger man here. we always have been. but has anyone ever asked arabs to stop being racist? does anyone ever call them out for killing Iranians, calling us Majoosi and safavi and thousand other names? what good gesture have they EVER shown toward us? what have they done for us?

before the revolution shah was building dams for free in northern africa. IR sends billions to Lebanon, Syria, Iraq and Palestine every year. We have always helped them but they have done nothing but to wage war against us, killing millions of our people, using poisonous gas against us and on and on.

Again, I ask you, What have they done for us?

We are only helping Syria, Lebanon, Palestine and recently Iraq. I don't see the former 3 countries bashing us.
It's mainly the Persian Gulf arabs who we consider to be racist to us, and I don't think we are helping these ones.

And I think the relationship between Iranians and Iraqi people will be much improved by the next decade (just my prediction).

What disturbed me the most was that after I published the news about Abdul-Zahra on my fanpage, an estimated 40 Iraqi fans began to spam and write a lot of hateful comments. My colleagues and I tried to be as neutral as possible, but those comments were beyond racism. Unfortunately this game had a horrible impact on the relationship between Iranian and Iraqi fans. I myself lost respect for that team tbh.

There is no way you can judge an entire fanbase / nation just by of a handful of social media flamers. There's plenty of this kind from any nation (including Iran).

I, on the other hand, spoke with Iraqi people IRL about the match, and they were all respectful as I were to them.
Trust me, most of them were full of joy beyond belief after the match, and I can't take that away from them.
They still respect Iran btw.

True. But I still think it was just a bunch of excited Iraqi that went crazy beyond control from the excitement during those days.

I personally don't think they'd still be THAT racist now if the subject was brought up.

They may right now be fighting the jihadist hardliners Isis,alqaeda,and Israeli aggression but deep down inside they all hate Iran and Iranians
No matter how good we try to be to them and be civilized towards them

But hey I don't want a say too much and risk getting banned I respect the fact that we have many of our hamvatan here that were not even born in Iran or lived there during the war but many of us have. I will say is one thing lest listen to our poets and philosihors from thousand years ago who described the hate arbbs have for us Iranians, just read ferdowsi and Omar khayam etc.. Etc.. This is not just a recent thing thing we are talking about
