Here's a great analysis of 90 comparing the way our players deal with fans and the way european teams deal with their upset fans

Persianking jan, what would have CQ done if he was coach of PP? CQ would have kicked these guys out immediately the first time they did something wrong. There's no forgiveness with CQ and yet everyone praises him for being so serious when it comes to discipline. Now the fans are asking the club to take the same action and it's superficial?

I'm all up for forgiving players but when they keep repeating the same thing over and over again there's no room for forgiveness. Payam Sadeghian, Sosha, Khanzadeh, Haghighi etc... have been misbehaving from the beginning of the season and PP fans are sick and tired of it.

Did you hear anyone saying to ban Khanzadeh when he hit the player or the reporter? No but when it happens for the third time it's time to act.

I run two businesses and I deal with happy customers mostly but I do get some unhappy customers sometimes as well. If I keep repeating a mistake and a customer starts cussing at me and tell me how terrible our service is, I would keep my mouth shut and take it cause he's right. I'm not gonna start screaming back at him and tell him "if you don't like our service you can get the hell out".

exactly, this is them thieving from his salary more than anything. i dont know what kind of contracts these players sign but it seems ridiculous how they can cut 30% of it just like that.

Does anyone know the details of his contract and know the dollar amount he will be paying? Very interested to see

On the bright side it seems that he feels sorry for his actions now so hopefully he learned from his mistake and won't repeat it again as it is very likely that he'll encounter another moron fan in the future.
I bet you anything GA jaan that it will never be deducted that much, the whole country is based on cheap talks, rather than actions. Although unlike you I hope the entire 30% will be deducted from his contract just to set a disciplinary example for the rest of the players and overall all IPL teams. I have never seen Iranian football with so many losers and immoral players/coaches in it. Some severe punishments for a good 4-5 year period shall pull the trick and do the job. All Iranian players need to be accustomed to new disciplinary regulations, after half a decade it automatically becomes a norm to act like an actual human being, rather than these thuggery and bullying behavior.

            hzv jaan,

Beating others in civilized countries like Canada and USA where we both live is tremendously a serious offense and violation of law, it warrants severe punishments upon charges being pressed by the victim of such physical attacks. Especially if the bearer of the attack happens to be a public figure/celebrity etc. Here in America such public humiliation of ordinary people by celebs, can be as costly as Million of dollars (Upon the circumstances of the attack) so although the clubs/entertainment agencies etc. may not necessarily fine the violator, but the system allows the victims to sue the crap out of the offender/attacker for depending on the wealth/popularity of the violator of the law, the lawsuit can be quite large and much larger than the 30% penalties. However since in our country physical clashes and beating up of individuals often bears no consequences by the government, I personally would urge the employers to enforce such penalties, should it take place under the work environment.

Keano jan, I fell in love with perspolis watching guys like Abedzadeh, Moharami, Daei, Bagheri, Karimi, Mahdavikia etc... seriously when I look at this team and their players specially, it sickens me and makes me dislike our team. I feel sorry for the new generation who has to grow up watching guys like Sosha, Payam etc...

i agree keano jan, what he did deserves getting fired over and even getting criminal charges against him. i just feel that this is the club trying to benefit from the situation and not really a punishment. they always do this, they fine 30% and suspend until "further notice" but keep the player and play him a few weeks later. had they deducted the 30% and gave it to some charity or an organization against violence you would not hear any complains out of me but this is just the club thieving money. he didnt even apologize to the fan in question.

also this time it might merit even such a fine but over all how are these contracts written that the club can just cut 30%? we have seen clubs cut similar percentages for a loss. i dont think the club should be allowed to do that, if there are any fines they should be handed down by the league disciplinary committee.

there cantona got banned 8 months and 30,000 pounds fine, that was 1995, if it was today, he would have been fined way way more

he wont end up paying one dime, since the club hasn't paid him his full salary and would never have done that even with no fine. now he gets a fine but he wont pay it since the club own him and even with no fine he would never get his full salary

30% is little? I hope they fine you 30% after you get in to a troubling incident at work and we'll see how little 30% is.

the difference is that, if i did that at work,i will be terminated and they will sue me, he got a 30% ,so he got away lucky, if i was the guy i would sue him and make him face the court in qatar

Prime example of how 90 is surreptitiously manufacturing its propaganda as the accepted moral imperatives of its deeply superstitious, and gullible viewers. Were those fans angrily arguing about the team's display in a particular match or were they specifically targeting players, managers, and coaches and cussing them and their family out to their faces? Come on man. You've got to be smarter than that.
